Refund policy

Purchasing is not yet open. This policy applies when sales begin.

Praxis Ridge LLC offers a full refund for the CRE Acquisition Command Center if you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. If the workbook does not fit your needs, you may request a refund even if you have downloaded or opened the files.

To request a refund, email support@praxisridgetools.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase. You may include a brief explanation, but a reason is not required.

For download problems or duplicate charges, contact us even if more than 14 days have passed. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

For purchases made through Lemon Squeezy, approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. A refund may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own policies. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
