The tools support transaction organization. The applicable agreements, amendments, notices, and related documents control the transaction.

Organizational purpose

The CRE Acquisition Command Center and companion checklist help organize commercial real estate acquisition work. They may not address every transaction structure, asset type, jurisdiction, or issue. Users are responsible for adapting them to the transaction and verifying the accuracy and completeness of entries and outputs.

Dates and requirements

Any formula, date, countdown, status, checklist item, or other output is provided for organizational convenience. Independently verify dates, notice requirements, cure and extension rights, conditions, deliverables, and obligations against the governing documents.

No professional advice

The tools do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, brokerage, engineering, environmental, title, survey, lending, or other professional advice. They do not determine whether a condition has been satisfied, waived, extended, or properly noticed. Purchase or use does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Command Center license

The prepared Founding User Edition contains an individual license for the original purchaser’s internal business use. Working copies may be made for transactions in which the purchaser or the purchaser’s organization is directly involved.

The workbook may not be resold, sublicensed, published, posted to a shared template library, distributed as a standalone product, or provided to unrelated third parties for their independent use. The license included in the workbook contains the complete product use terms.

Founding User offer

The Founding User Edition will be offered at $59 for the first 25 paid users, followed by a standard price of $129. The package will include the complete workbook, sample and clean working versions, a user guide, and the next major workbook update free.
